Terms of Service

WorkLess is a character-driven YouTube video automation platform. We provide:

• AI-powered video generation from scripts
• Custom AI character creation and management
• Text-to-speech voice synthesis
• Automated video assembly and export

Our service uses third-party AI providers (OpenAI, FAL.AI, etc.) to process your content.

• You must be at least 18 years old to use WorkLess
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
• Do not share your login credentials with others
• You are responsible for all activity under your account
• Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access

Credit System:

• 1 credit = $0.01 USD
• Credits are used to generate videos (approximately $3.50 per minute)
• Credits are deducted when you submit a job
• Partial refunds are issued automatically for failed jobs

Payment Terms:

• Credit purchases are processed via Stripe
• All prices are in USD unless otherwise stated
• Purchased credits do not expire
• Credit purchases are generally non-refundable (see Refund Policy)

Welcome Bonus: New users receive 1,500 credits ($15 value) as a welcome bonus.

Ownership: You retain ownership of:

• Scripts you provide or create
• Generated videos you produce
• Character configurations you design

License to Us: You grant WorkLess a limited license to:

• Process your content to provide our service
• Store your content temporarily during generation
• Display your content to you in the dashboard

AI-Generated Content: Content generated by AI may be subject to the terms of the underlying AI providers. You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with applicable laws.

Storage: Generated videos are stored for 30 days after completion, then automatically deleted. Download your videos promptly.

You may NOT use WorkLess to:

• Generate NSFW, pornographic, or sexually explicit content
• Create content depicting minors in any inappropriate context
• Generate content that promotes violence, hate, or discrimination
• Infringe on copyrights, trademarks, or other intellectual property
• Impersonate real people without their consent
• Create deepfakes intended to deceive or defraud
• Generate illegal content under any jurisdiction
• Abuse the service or attempt to circumvent usage limits
• Reverse-engineer our systems or access restricted areas
• Resell or redistribute our service without authorization

Violation of these terms may result in immediate account termination without refund.

Beta Status: WorkLess is currently in beta. This means:

• We do not guarantee uptime or availability
• Features may change without notice
• Generation times may vary based on load
• Occasional errors or failures may occur

Maintenance: We may perform maintenance that temporarily interrupts service. When possible, we will provide advance notice.

Third-Party Dependencies: Our service depends on third-party AI providers. Outages or changes by these providers may affect our service.

Service Provided "As Is": WorkLess is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied.

Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for content you create or how you use generated videos
• We are not liable for losses due to third-party provider failures

Fair Billing: If a job fails, you receive a partial refund for incomplete work. We believe in fair billing even when things go wrong.

By You: You may close your account at any time by contacting support. Unused credits are not refundable upon voluntary termination.

By Us: We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these terms or our prohibited uses policy
• Engage in fraudulent activity
• Fail to pay for services
• Abuse the service or our team

Effect of Termination: Upon termination, your access is revoked immediately. Your generated content will be deleted according to our retention policy.

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do:

• We will update the "Last updated" date at the top
• For material changes, we will notify you via email
• Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Madrid, Spain.

For EU users, you retain your statutory rights under EU consumer protection laws.
