Failed Jobs (Automatic Refunds)

If your video generation fails for any reason, we automatically calculate and refund credits based on completed work:

When Job Fails You Get Back
Before any work starts 100% refund
During voice generation (~10%) ~90% refund
During image generation (~50%) ~50% refund
During final assembly (~90%) ~10% refund

How It Works:

  1. Job encounters an error and fails
  2. System calculates work completed vs. total
  3. Remaining credits are instantly refunded to your balance
  4. You receive an email notification with details

This process is automatic — you don't need to request anything.

Credit Purchases

General Policy: Credit purchases are non-refundable. Credits do not expire and can be used anytime.

Exceptions: We may offer refunds in exceptional circumstances:

  • Technical error caused accidental duplicate purchase
  • Service was unavailable for extended period (72+ hours)
  • Critical bugs prevented normal service use
  • Account was compromised (with verification)

Not Covered:

  • Change of mind
  • Unused credits from voluntary account closure
  • Dissatisfaction with generated content quality
  • Credits lost due to prohibited use violations

How to Request a Refund

For exceptional refund requests, contact us with:

  1. Your account email
  2. Job ID (if applicable)
  3. Transaction ID or Stripe receipt
  4. Description of the issue
  5. Any relevant screenshots

Processing Time:

  • Response within 24-48 hours
  • Decision within 5 business days
  • If approved, refund processed within 5-10 business days

Service Outages

During extended service outages (72+ hours), we may:

  • Offer bonus credits as compensation
  • Extend credit validity (if applicable)
  • Process refund requests more favorably

We will communicate via email during major outages.

Common Questions

My job failed. Did I lose all my credits?

No! You automatically receive a partial refund based on the work that wasn't completed. Check your credit balance — the refund should already be there.

Can I get a refund if I don't like my video?

Quality preferences aren't grounds for refunds, but we'd love your feedback! Contact support — we may be able to help you get better results on your next generation.

I accidentally purchased credits twice. What do I do?

Contact support immediately at support@workless.build with your Stripe receipt. We review duplicate purchase refunds on a case-by-case basis.

Do credits expire?

No! Your credits never expire. Use them whenever you're ready.
